Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong BA skills with good exposure to Payments and Transaction Banking journeys on Customer mobile app. Strong Stakeholder Management, Agile, JIRA, Confluence exposure. Experience of managing stakeholders across multiple geographies.
  Prior HSBC experience is preferred OR
• Strong BA with Retail and Digital transformation experience. Prefer experience in customer onboarding and digital account servicing. Early joiner is highly preferred OR
• Strong BA profiles with background in Custody, Fund administration, Wealth, or Capital Markets space. Exposure to working on application requirements, design and testing, etc. Effective communication and expertise in leading tasks and project deliverables. OR
• Strong BA with experience in Fraud, Cards, Mortgages, AI and Digital products. Prefer experience in Digital transformation. Exposure to working on application requirements, design and testing, etc. Effective communication and expertise in leading tasks and project deliverables. Or
• Strong BA skills with good experience in Credit Card / Debit Cards domain, Lending, and Digital journey (mobile) delivery. Experience in wallets is preferable. Awareness of HSBC ways of operating is desirable. Or
• 
  BA with good exposure to Wealth domains and Digital sales/engagement and Wealth journeys on Customer mobile app. Good understanding of any of the Investment product like Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, Alternatives, and Structured Products. Ability to manage senior stakeholders is the key.
