About the Role

WeWork India is seeking a Lead, Sales to help lead its sales efforts in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be diligent with a proven track record in sales. They will be tasked with prospecting, outreaching, and generating midsize, and large company leads in their market. The self-driven and self-motivated candidate will be responsible for pitching, tour, and closing sales in all WeWork locations across their market.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • 50% Lead generation and prospecting (i.e., IPC meetings, On ground Business Development, cold calling/outreach, social media, networking, events, etc.) - Crucial for the profile.
  • 25% Existing sales pipeline management
  • 25% Account management
  • Owning the occupancy of the allotted cluster(s) and working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure overall health is maintained
  • Cultivating business relationships with existing and prospective accounts, and develop IPC (broker) relationships
  • Partner with the Inside Sales and Community teams to ensure successful placement and follow-up of new member
  • Utilize innovative and creative sales tactics
  • Touring and demonstrating WeWork locations and business solutions with potential members
  • Intra City travel along with travel to different WeWork buildings regularly

Education and Desired Qualifications

  • College/University graduate with a 4-year degree preferred
  • 4-6 years of commercial real estate sales/leasing experience in Bangalore market
  • Business Development experience is a must
  • Ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships
  • Ability to penetrate new markets
  • Demonstrates good sales hygiene
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
