Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and motivated SAP Successfactor Employee Central Time Off Senior Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing, supporting, managing, SAP Successfactor Employee Central Module for various clients.
Minimum 12+ years of SAP SuccessFactor Employee Central Time module experience is required.
Must have more than 3-4 end to end implementation in SF EC Time Off is required.
Driving the design, optimization, and day-to-day operations of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Platform.
Managing the Employee Central module, including role-based permissions and instance management across the platform.
This role requires strong functional knowledge of HCM and proven leadership experience
Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects , associations, business rules and workflows.
Candidates must have client facing experience.
Team handling experience is preferred.
Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.
Professional Attributes: Good communication skill.

- Graduation (BCOM, BE / BTech, Similar education related to IT) / Post Graduation (MBA /PGDM / MCA / MTech)
- ICWA/CA Final as a qualification is preferred
- Problem solving skills, pro-active, creativity and can-do attitude
- Possess strong analytical, incident resolution and critical thinking skills
- Quality decision making
- Good Communication skils
- Have developed very good interpersonal communication and user support management
- SAP Certification preferred
