• Established credentials and exposure to the CSR space, • Having experience at corporates with in program managing collectives will be essential. • Experience of handling complex multi stakeholder projects, project planning and execution • Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively interact with stakeholders. • Proficiency in usage of MS office tools • Demonstrated experience in nurturing external networks. • Knowledge of local language could be advantageous. • Experience in Collective/Livelihood. Establish Infosys Foundation as a leader in Education, Healthcare, Women Empowerment and Sustainability categories. • Form and/or nurture collectives and partnerships oversee operations and activities like budgeting, fund release, account receivables, resource allocations, confirmations, and invoicing for the initiative. • Focus on building relationships with ecosystem value chain including Grant makers, government, strategic NGOs, beneficiaries by articulating value, identify opportunities to build synergy, managing expectations, providing regular status updates. • Create a professional and process driven approach for long term impact at scale, creating legacy, bringing systemic change. • Interface with NGOs and external agencies to gain a seamless understanding of the ecosystem, learn from and contribute to these networks. • Brand building and communication
