Senior QA Analyst

Job Description Summary
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 
•  Developing test scenarios and test cases from requirements and design specifications and execute the test suites.
•  Perform system, integration testing
•  Working in agile teams along with Testing, your contributions could be code review, requirements/user stories grooming, or coding where it is reasonable.
•  Provide Inputs and works on automation, Integration, and regression testing.
•  Interact with stakeholders, participate in scrum meetings and provide status on daily basis.
•  Interact with product management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and test objectives
•  Good to have knowledge on AI/ Agentic AI and GenAI areas
•  Candidate should have ability of autonomous execution

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
•  5+ years relevant work experience in development and/or testing role.
•  Should co-ordinate between onshore & offshore teams
•  Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
•  Design and create test conditions, test data and test scripts to address business and technical use cases.  Have passion for quality, likes to ask questions and learn about products and systems.
•  Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function
•  Develop and lead the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using Selenium/ PYTHON , Pycharm
•  Design, Execute and analyze automation test scripts & test results for Web applications/ Phone apps
•  Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using JIRA
•  Support during production deployment of applications and perform “validation testing” during the off-hour’s maintenance windows
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to co-ordinate efficiently with client, product teams, offshore & onshore teams and bridge communication gaps
•  Technical background and an understanding of the mobile apps & eco-system
•  Good development/scripting skills in common languages which are Web-driver compatible language such as Python
•  Excellent skills in writing SQL queries and good knowledge on database
•  Knowledge on selenium along with test automation frameworks is an added advantage.
•  Experience in Agile development, knowledge on using Jira
•  Good analytical skills and communications skills.
•  Possess professional curiosity, attention to detail.
•  Prior Health Care industry experience is a plus.
•  Flexible to work / Adopt quickly with different technologies and tools
•  Comfortable with good coding practices and the code review process
•  Experienced in manual testing of APIs and Web applications
•  Database experience
•  Solid understanding of the SDLC and where testing fits into it
•  Nice to have experience with Airflow, AWS, Snowflake, Azure, Databricks
•  Ability to learn our methodology and develop a thorough understanding of how directly and indirectly identifying information contributes to the risk of re-identification
•  Exceptional detail-orientation

•  Strong problem-solving skill and can-do attitude, laser-focused on client success
•  Strong Critical thinker with excellent debugging skills
•  Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
