Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and motivated SAP Successfactor Onboarding/Offboarding consultant to join our team.  You will be responsible for implementing, supporting, managing, SAP Successfactor Onboarding/Offboarding Module for various clients.  

• Minimum 4-6 years of SAP SuccessFactor Onboarding/Offboarding module experience is required. 
• Must have more than 1-2 end to end implementation in SF ONB is required. 
• Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects , associations, business rules and workflows. 
• Candidates must have client facing experience. 
• Team handling experience is preferred. 
• Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments. 
• Professional Attributes: Good communication skill

• Graduation (BCOM, BE / BTech, Similar education related to IT) / Post Graduation (MBA /PGDM / MCA / MTech)
• ICWA/CA Final as a qualification is preferred
• Problem solving skills, pro-active, creativity and can-do attitude
• Possess strong analytical, incident resolution and critical thinking skills
• Quality decision making
• Good Communication skils
• Have developed very good interpersonal communication and user support management
• SAP Certification preferred
