As a Sky Service Distribution - RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound executive, you will be the front-line representative for our customers, providing timely and accurate assistance. Your primary focus will be on handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving their concerns with a problem-solving approach. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
- Listen to and understand customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, offering appropriate solutions.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain a calm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document and record customer interactions accurately, ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and effective issue resolution.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and bank policies to provide accurate information.
- Handle customer escalations and complex inquiries with a proactive approach.
- Ensure compliance with bank regulations and maintain confidentiality.
- Continuously improve customer service skills through training and feedback.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs and bank policies.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
