Summary:
As a Software Configuration Engineer, a typical day involves executing the configuration management plan under the guidance of the Configuration Lead. The role includes assisting in designing software configurations and customizations that align with business process designs and application requirements. This position requires close attention to detail and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that software components are properly managed and tailored to meet organizational needs, supporting seamless integration and deployment activities throughout the software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure configuration standards are maintained and adhered to.
- Monitor and report on configuration status and changes to maintain transparency and traceability.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of software configuration management principles and best practices.
- Experience with version control systems and build automation tools.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot configuration-related issues effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing software configurations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
