Job description:

 

Experience required: Less than 15 years

We are seeking a skilled FieldGlass Techno-Functional Expert to manage the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the FieldGlass Vendor Management System (VMS). This role requires a blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge to bridge the gap between IT and business teams, ensuring the system aligns with organizational goals and drives efficiency in contingent workforce management. 

 Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation and configuration of FieldGlass solutions in line with business requirements.
* Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical specifications.
* Customize and enhance FieldGlass modules including supplier management, worker management, and invoice management.
* Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system optimization to ensure seamless FieldGlass operations.
* Conduct requirement gathering workshops and develop detailed functional and technical documentation.
