Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total Experience:5.5+ years
• Should be able to lead design, implementation, and optimization of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) S&OP solutions to improve demand supply alignment, executive decision-making, and cross-functional planning processes.
• Should be able to lead end-to-end implementation of IBP S&OP modules.
• Should be able to design planning models, key figures, planning levels, and attributes.
• Should be able to configure time profiles, master data, and planning areas.
• Should be able to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Should be able to drive S&OP process design workshops with stakeholders.
• Should be align demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans.
• Should be able to define KPIs for executive reviews and scenario simulations.
• Should ensure best-practice planning frameworks.
• Should be able to coordinate integration with ERP/S4 systems and other sources.
• Should be able to validate data flows, master data consistency, and planning results.
• Should be able to troubleshoot integration and planning logic issues.
• Should be able to do demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization concepts.
• Should be able to do scenario planning and executive dashboard design.
• Should be able to do IBP configuration (planning areas, key figures, operators).
• Must have integration knowledge (CPI-DS, SDI, RTI or equivalent).
• Should have an understanding of master data modeling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
• Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.

 

 

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
