Team Lead / Senior Executive - Mutual Fund Operations

Mutual Fund Operations team handles all MF Ops activities in coordination with Product, Tech, AMC, RTA, Exchange, and Customer Support agents.

Team Lead / Sr Executive will manage Mutual Fund Operations activities and act as the SPOC for MF Ops processes.

The role involves handling daily reconciliation activities and working closely with Product, Tech, BSE Star Exchange, AMC, RTA, and Customer Support teams to resolve reconciliation issues and customer complaints within defined TAT.

Strong understanding of Mutual Fund Operations processes

Experience with BSE Star portal for handling MF transactions

Ability to perform daily reconciliation activities

Ability to resolve customer queries within defined TAT

Strong coordination skills with Product, PG, and internal teams

Good communication and analytical skills

Working knowledge of SQL and Excel

Self-motivated with strong communication skills

Quick learner

Flexible to work from office and extend hours/weekends if required

Ability to take additional responsibilities

Technical skills are an added advantage

Location: Bangalore

Graduate from a recognized university

1 to 3 years of experience in the Mutual Fund industry
