- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Identity and Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of access control frameworks and identity governance.
- Experience in designing and implementing security policies within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of identity management systems with various enterprise applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing access and authorization.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Identity and Access Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
