General Profile

Experienced project/program management professional with strong ability to lead cross‑functional teams and supplier engineering teams, drive process improvements, and resolve strategic issues. Works independently with minimal guidance and effectively influences others to solve complex quality problems. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with AI/ML‑driven analytics for project visibility and risk prediction is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops project plans and drives execution from concept to implementation. Supports strategy, process, and resource planning.
  • Manages schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables using project management tools and structured tracking methods.
  • Coordinates internal and cross‑functional resources to achieve on‑time and within‑budget objectives. Handles purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Drives cost and schedule performance of equipment for global internal and external customers.
  • Participates in multifunctional teams, providing engineering or process inputs to achieve project goals.
  • Aligns with internal divisions to define objectives, provide updates, and prepare for releases/deployments.
  • Identifies project complications and implements effective resolutions.
  • Represents Supplier Engineering & Quality to present initiatives to customers.
  • Working knowledge on AI/ML, basic programming or logics for simple dashboards and reporting tools
  • Utilizes AI/ML‑enabled dashboards, predictive analytics, and automation tools to enhance project tracking, supplier performance insights, and risk management.
  • Supports digital transformation initiatives involving AI‑based inspection, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, or automated quality systems.

Functional Knowledge

  • Knowledge of program/project management practices in high‑tech/manufacturing environments.
  • Skilled in end‑to‑end project management including initiation, risk management, execution, reporting, and closure.
  • Understanding of AI/ML principles, ability to interpret model outputs, and use AI‑assisted analytical tools for quality and supplier insights.
  • Familiarity with digital quality tools such as predictive quality models, vision systems, or MES‑AI integrations.
  • PM certification preferred.

Business Expertise

  • Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices to improve processes, services, or product quality.

Leadership

  • Leads functional teams or projects with moderate complexity and resource requirements.

Problem Solving

  • Uses structured problem‑solving methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, Six Sigma.
  • Integrates data‑driven insights from AI/ML tools into root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.

Communication Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Effective presenter in diverse business and customer environments.
  • Able to communicate AI‑based trends or digital insights in a clear, concise manner.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and convey complex ideas in simple terms.
  • Guides teams and stakeholders toward aligned decisions.
