Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technician 4 to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a senior-level technician, you will play a crucial role in performing advanced technical tasks, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting our engineering and production teams.

  • Trigger and do the first level triage
  • Monitor the test plan and test report
  • Generate comprehensive failure analysis reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality
  • Mentor junior technicians and share technical knowledge within the team
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes in the laboratory environment
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements in failure analysis
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, especially when handling hazardous materials

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in semiconductor or storage device environments
  • Strong electrical background with in-depth knowledge of semiconductor assembly processes and technology
  • Proven expertise in failure analysis methodologies and techniques
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong understanding of quality control processes and their implementation
  • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze complex test data logs
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in maintaining FA tracking sheets and equipment logs
  • Knowledge of safety practices for handling hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals
  • Proficiency in using computer software for documentation, reporting, and data analysis
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and methodologies
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
  • Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
