Technologist Engineer

Description

We are seeking a Technologist Engineer to join our innovative telecommunications team. The role includes:

Manage PCB/PCBA areas for all technological aspects across Ceragon products.
Approve and implement new technologies for PCB fabrication and assembly.
Implement DFM analysis to support PCB manufacturability and provide feedback to design teams.
Choose and qualify PCB suppliers to meet Ceragon technology requirements.
Provide technical support to PCB suppliers for process optimization and yield improvement.
Provide technical support to all PCBA subcontractors, including audits and troubleshooting.
Lead PCB failure analysis as part of RMA activities, driving root cause and corrective actions.
Manage and maintain Ceragon's PCB library (footprints, symbols, 3D models).
Oversee materials qualification, including soldering materials, adhesives, and cleaning processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5+ years of experience in PCB process engineering or equivalent role in electronics manufacturing.
Strong independent work abilities with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and supplier management.
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
