Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure optimal operation and availability.
- Document processes and configurations to support knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- Experience with managing virtualized environments and ensuring high availability.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure deployment and operational support.
- Ability to implement and maintain governance policies for system integrity.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning in virtualized settings.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex virtualization issues and providing effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
