As a Technology Strategy & Roadmap Architect, you will be responsible for defining technology transformation strategies and capabilities. Your typical day will involve designing comprehensive roadmaps that outline the steps necessary to achieve the target state, considering all relevant aspects such as infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with the overall technology vision and facilitate the successful implementation of these strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
- Continuously assess and refine technology strategies to adapt to changing business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
