  • Ensure governance processes are in place to maintain accuracy, accountability, and ongoing maintenance of program resources.

2. Operational Process Documentation & Governance

  • Manage centralized repositories of operational documentation, program resources, and knowledge assets that support vendor program execution.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and program stakeholders to maintain accurate and current documentation.
  • Establish version control, review cycles, and archival processes to ensure documentation governance and consistency across programs.
  • Track and consolidate documentation gaps, coordinating updates with relevant stakeholders to maintain operational readiness.

3. Vendor Operational Readiness

  • Support vendor program launches by ensuring all operational resources, program documentation, and readiness materials are available and accessible to vendor teams.
  • Partner with vendor managers and internal program leads to ensure vendor teams are aligned with operational expectations, processes, and program standards.
  • Drive consistency between internal and vendor operational frameworks to ensure scalable and repeatable program execution.
  • Support ramp readiness initiatives designed to improve vendor productivity and reduce time required for new teams to reach operational effectiveness.

4. Compliance & Performance Reporting

  • Establish mechanisms to track vendor adherence to operational requirements, program readiness activities, and governance standards.
  • Consolidate data and reporting inputs from internal systems and vendor partners to maintain visibility into readiness progress and operational performance.
  • Identify gaps in adoption, overdue program requirements, or operational risks and coordinate with stakeholders to drive remediation.
  • Prepare quarterly program performance summaries and operational insights for leadership review.

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Program Coordination

  • Act as a central coordination point between vendor partners, program managers, enablement teams, and operational stakeholders.
  • Establish structured communication cadences to ensure alignment on program updates, operational changes, and vendor readiness initiatives.
  • Maintain centralized trackers and coordination mechanisms to ensure visibility into program initiatives and dependencies.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across GTM Vendor Solutions to improve operational consistency and vendor engagement models.

6. Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Identify opportunities to improve program coordination, documentation governance, and operational readiness frameworks.
