The Role 

You own the raw signal. Your job is to ensure that every frame we capture is technically flawless and visually premium. As our DOP, you are responsible for the light, the glass, and the sound. You are building the visual standards for a world-class content factory. You work at the intersection of high-end cinematography and a high-speed AI production line, ensuring our raw inputs are so good that the "machine" can produce world-class results every time.

Focus Area 1: Lighting and Optical Strategy You define the look and feel of the brand through the lens.

• You design lighting environments that go beyond basic 3-point setups. You manage contrast ratios, texture, and color temperature to create a signature look for every format.
• You are responsible for skin tone accuracy and color consistency across multiple camera bodies and sensors. You ensure that our color space management is consistent from the set to the final render.
• You define the optical language for each series. You choose the glass and the apertures that best suit the narrative, whether we need a sharp, clinical look or something more cinematic.

Focus Area 2: Technical Capture and AI Optimization You shoot with the final AI-driven workflow in mind.

• You own the technical specs. You manage bitrates, codecs, and frame rates to ensure our AI specialists have the highest quality data to work with.
• You ensure the integrity of the image for post-production. You know how to light and frame for perfect masking, background replacement, and temporal stability, preventing the artifacts and "flicker" that ruin AI-enhanced video.
• You own the audio signal path. You manage the gain and placement of all mics to ensure we get a high signal-to-noise ratio, providing clean audio for our AI voice models to process.

Focus Area 3: Workflow Engineering on Set You build the systems that allow us to shoot at scale.

• You design repeatable, high-quality lighting rigs. You want our talent to walk into a studio that is pre-set and ready for 4K or 6K capture in minutes, not hours.
• You manage the equipment stack. You stay on top of the latest camera firmware and hardware that can speed up our capture process without any loss in image quality.
• You act as the technical lead on set, giving clear and decisive direction to the talent and the crew to get the perfect take as quickly as possible.

What We Are Looking For

• Technical Agility: You can move between different camera systems and lighting boards without skipping a beat. You are a fast learner who masters new production tech before it becomes mainstream.
• Attention to Detail: You catch the technical flaws that others miss. Whether it is a slight out-of-focus eye or a subtle audio hum, you fix it at the source.
• Analytical Thinking: You can look at a set or a script and break down the exact technical requirements needed to make it look world-class.
• Problem Solving: You are a builder. You don't wait for a perfect environment. You find a way to get a clean, premium shot in any location.
• High Ownership: You are the final wall of defense for visual quality. If the footage doesn't look like a million dollars, you take responsibility and fix the process.
