Workfront Associate Programmer

Labcorp is seeking a Remote Workfront Associate Programmer to join our team!

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

Workfront Administration

• Configure and maintain Workfront objects, including projects, templates, portfolios, custom forms, queue topics, and request flows.

• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and layout templates.

• Create and optimize reports, dashboards, and text-mode filters/views to support team and executive insights.

• Ensure adherence to governance standards and naming conventions across Workfront.

• Support Workfront releases by testing and validating new functionality.

• Provide support to end users and troubleshoot workflow or configuration issues. • Create calculated fields for data capture and automation.

Fusion Automation & Integration

• Design, build, and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios to automate repetitive processes and integrate with external systems.

• Optimize existing Fusion scenarios for efficiency, error handling, and scalability.

• Implement data validation, logging, and exception handling in automation flows.

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify new automation opportunities.

• Maintain documentation of all Fusion workflows and integrations.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Adobe Workfront administration experience (system setup, queue configuration, reporting).

• 1.5–2 years of Adobe Workfront Fusion experience (automation design, integration building, error handling).

• Workfront Fusion Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and workflow principles.

• Proficiency in text mode reporting and Workfront API fundamentals.

• Ability to document technical processes and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and data mapping in Fusion
