JOB PURPOSE: |
· The incumbent will responsible for increasing company’s productivity by helping the sales force and channel partners to acquire new skills and knowledge through the L & D framework for South zone.
JOB ROLE : |
· Primary responsibility is to cater the functional training needs of the organization for South zone.
· Developing content for the sales force as per the requirement.
· Conducting the training need analysis for the sales force and helping the individual to develop the required skill and competency in discussion with the business head.
· Preparing the training calendar for the sales force as per the L & D framework.
· Designing & implementation of training modules(Online/offline) related to products, equity market debt market, MF, PMS, AIF, Debt & Derivative market for sales force and distributor to increase the productivity.
· Management & execution of training delivery for all segments as per the training requirements for the zones assigned.
· Implementing innovative use of training tools.
· Conducting IAP as per the SEBI norms.
· Will be responsible for making the Annual Training plan as per the organization goals.
· Empaneling a team of external trainers wherever required to deliver the training program as per the need and support the organization in various training initiatives.
· Will be responsible for improving the efficacy and efficiency in sales.
· Should have facilitated various training programs for sales and channel partners in his previous role/organization for at least 4-6 years.
· The incumbent will also be responsible for Non –training initiatives for new product launches, Market updates & Regulatory changes etc.
· Will be responsible for integration of training modules with various e learning initiatives.
· Should be open to travel diligently as this role demands to cover various offices of Axis mutual fund and beyond T15.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE |
· Post Graduate with 8 to 12 years of experience in training with good understanding of dynamics in the MF Industry.
· NISM certified & should be a domain knowledge expert.

· Oral and Written Communication: has the ability, confidence and professionalism to convey information, both written and oral, clearly, concisely and persuasively
· Strategic Perspective: has strategic perspective of the mutual fund industry and the organizations plan and vision to execute those at ground level.
· Commitment: has the drive and energy to undertake all tasks.
· Adaptability: Maintains good performance and quality of work under pressure and is prepared to manage change at the last minute. Able to cope with change.
OTHER REQUIREMENT |
· Should be well versed with the dynamics of the MF industry.
· Should have a good understanding of macroeconomics for financial markets.
· Computer savvy, should be well versed with Excel, Word & PowerPoint
· Certification in various training programs would be an added advantage.
