About the Role Techtiq Solutro Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic Call Handling Agents for the 104 Tele Medical Advisory Government Project. The role involves assisting callers with health-related queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring proper call documentation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally.
• Provide accurate information and guidance related to health, nutrition, and related topics.
• Record and update call details in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve caller queries.
• Ensure regular follow-ups when required.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills.
• Empathy and patience while handling health-related queries.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of medical terminology will be an advantage.

Minimum Educational QualificationCandidates must have a graduate degree in Health or Life Sciences, such as:

• BSc Nursing
• BSc Biology / Zoology / Microbiology / Biotechnology
• BSc Dietetics / Nutrition
• BPharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
• BPT (Physiotherapy)
• BHMS / BAMS or other paramedical degrees

Note: Prior experience in hospitals, clinics, healthcare BPOs, or call centers will be preferred.
