Job Description
About the Role Techtiq Solutro Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic Call Handling Agents for the 104 Tele Medical Advisory Government Project. The role involves assisting callers with health-related queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring proper call documentation.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and guidance related to health, nutrition, and related topics.
- Record and update call details in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve caller queries.
- Ensure regular follow-ups when required.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills.
- Empathy and patience while handling health-related queries.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of medical terminology will be an advantage.
Minimum Educational QualificationCandidates must have a graduate degree in Health or Life Sciences, such as:
- BSc Nursing
- BSc Biology / Zoology / Microbiology / Biotechnology
- BSc Dietetics / Nutrition
- BPharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
- BPT (Physiotherapy)
- BHMS / BAMS or other paramedical degrees
Note: Prior experience in hospitals, clinics, healthcare BPOs, or call centers will be preferred.
