Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to handle 

installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of 

industrial pumps. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring 

optimal performance of equipment and providing technical support to 

customers.

Installation, commissioning, and testing of pumps at customer sites

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance

Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients

Prepare service reports and maintain documentation

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, QA)

Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints

Conduct performance checks and recommend improvements

Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities

Follow safety standards and company protocols

Strong knowledge of centrifugal, submersible, and industrial pumps

Understanding of mechanical seals, bearings, and motor alignment

Basic electrical knowledge (motors, panels, wiring)

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication and customer-handling ability

Willingness to travel frequently

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Relevant certifications (if any) will be an advantage
