Assistant Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager – Generator Sales

Location: Bhiwadi

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate sales of diesel and gas generators.
• Develop business from industries, hotels, hospitals, builders, factories, schools, malls, telecom companies, and government departments.
• Build relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, electrical contractors, and OEMs.
• Conduct site visits, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
• Track competitors, pricing, and market trends in Jaipur.
• Required Skills & Knowledge3–5 years of experience in generator or industrial equipment sales.
• Basic technical knowledge of DG sets, including capacity (kVA), fuel type, AMF panels, acoustic canopies, and installation requirements.
• Knowledge of major generator brands and competitors such as Cummins, Kirloskar, Mahindra Powerol, Ashok Leyland, Caterpillar, and KOEL.
• Good understanding of the Jaipur market and surrounding industrial areas.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Must have a valid driving license and be willing to travel.
