Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage HR operations, payroll, compliance, and administrative functions at our plant. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth coordination between management and plant staff.

 Note: Male candidates are preferred due to plant handling responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR and administrative operations
• Handle payroll processing and attendance tracking
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate effectively with plant staff and management
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Address employee queries and manage grievances
• Ensure smooth and efficient HR functioning at the plant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA/B.Com or related field)
• MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
• HR certifications will be an added advantage

Skills Required

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
• Experience with payroll and HR software
• Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team coordination and problem-solving ability
• Good organizational and time management skills

 Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
• Preferably from manufacturing/plant environment
