Job Description

Job SummaryThe Quality Control Executive is responsible for ensuring the quality of metal powder-coated products by monitoring coating processes, conducting inspections, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesInspect incoming raw materials, pre-treated metal parts, and powder coating materials.
  • Monitor surface preparation processes such as degreasing, phosphating, sandblasting, and cleaning.
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections of powder-coated components.
  • Measure coating thickness using DFT (Dry Film Thickness) gauges.
  • Perform adhesion, gloss, hardness, impact, bend, and curing tests.
  • Ensure color matching and finish quality as per customer requirements.
