Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support with experience in handling e-commerce customer queries through calls, emails, chats, and online platforms. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of order management and customer handling processes.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat support

Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions

Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, dispatch, delivery, and returns

Track and update customers about order status and shipment details

Manage return, refund, and replacement requests efficiently

Maintain customer records and update CRM/software regularly

Provide product-related information and support to customers

Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive customer experience

Handle escalations professionally and maintain service quality

Assist in day-to-day e-commerce support operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any field preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support or E-commerce Support

Good verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations

Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently

Customer-focused attitude with good interpersonal skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience in e-commerce or online retail industry preferred

Candidates residing near Kalher

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Immediate joiners preferred
