Job Description
Job Overview:
We are hiring Telecalling Executive for our Real Estate, Outbound Sales process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and prior experience in BPO Tele calling
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads for residential/commercial real estate projects
Pitch project details, handle objections, and generate interest
Qualify leads and schedule site visits
Maintain lead data accurately in CRM
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Follow call scripts and adhere to process quality standards
Key Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO / tele calling / tele sales (any industry)
Excellent spoken English
Strong persuasion and customer engagement skills
Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools is a plus
Real Estate sales experience is an added advantage
