Job Description
Roles and responsibilities :
1. Communication & Empathy: Must be able to clearly explain complex course information (curriculum, technology, etc.) and listen patiently to a student's concerns to build trust.
2. Product Expertise: Deeply understand all EdTech offerings (courses, features, benefits) to quickly provide accurate and convincing answers about the content's value.
3. Problem-Solving: Quickly diagnose a student's learning need or a support issue and propose the most fitting solution from the company's products or knowledge base.
4. Goal Orientation: Be driven to meet sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction, ensuring positive interactions lead to enrollment and retention.
Skills and requirements : Strong English + Hindi fluency, including patience, active listening, and persuasive speaking.
