• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily godown operations and inventory.
• Receive, unload, and verify incoming materials.
• Maintain stock records in ERP/Excel.
• Prepare materials for dispatch as per customer orders.
• Coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries.
• Ensure proper packing, loading, and unloading of solar products.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse.
• Generate dispatch challans, delivery notes, and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams regarding dispatch schedules.
• Monitor damaged, defective, or returned materials.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP software).
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
