• Job Responsibilities:Manage daily operations of the service center.
• Handle customer service complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Supervise service technicians and allocate repair jobs.
• Monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Maintain service records, job cards, and customer databases.
• Coordinate with spare parts and inventory teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
• Support warranty claim processing and technical issue resolution.
• Train and guide technicians on service procedures and new products.
• Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Manager or Service Advisor.
• Knowledge of EV vehicles, batteries, controllers, and electrical systems preferred.
• Strong team management and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Service Software).
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
