Job Description


  • Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a related field.
  • Number of Vacancies: 3.
  • Coordinate with clients, insurance companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth policy issuance, renewals, and claims processing.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update MIS reports related to policies, premiums, claims status, and client records.
  • Track policy expiry dates and follow up with clients for timely renewals.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook) in addition to Excel.
