* Field Executives (FSEs) ki hiring aur management karna
* Market me naye merchants ko onboard karna
* BharatPe Soundbox, Swipe Machine aur Loan products ki sales badhana
* Daily market visits aur team performance monitor karna
* Merchant issues ko resolve karna aur relationship maintain karna
* Target achieve karna aur business growth drive karna
* Team ko motivate aur guide karna for maximum productivity
* Reports aur daily activity updates maintain karna
