Digital Marketing Executive

1. Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan campaigns for sales, offers, and brand awareness
• Manage monthly marketing calendar

2. Social Media Management

• Handle platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Plan content (reels, posts, stories) and ensure consistency
• Track engagement, growth, and audience insights

3. Paid Advertising

• Run and optimize ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) & Google Ads
• Manage ad budgets and maximize ROI
• A/B test creatives and targeting

4. Content & Branding

• Coordinate with designers and video editors
• Ensure high-quality creatives and trending content
• Maintain brand voice and identity

5. Performance Tracking

• Monitor KPIs: reach, engagement, conversions, CAC
• Generate weekly and monthly reports
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite

6. SEO & Website (if applicable)

• Optimize website for search engines
• Improve traffic and ranking
• Manage basic website updates
• Skills RequiredStrong understanding of social media trends & algorithms
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Good knowledge of content marketing & branding
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
• Basic knowledge of SEO
• QualificationsGraduate (Marketing / BBA preferred)
• 1–4 years experience in digital marketing
• PreferredExperience in retail / e-commerce marketing
• Ability to shoot basic content (reels/photos)
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe

Salary Range₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (depending on experience & skills)
