Job Title: Outbound Call Manager
Job Description:
We are urgently hiring for the position of Outbound Call Manager. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, lead generation, client follow-ups, customer relationship management, and sales conversion. The role mainly focuses on telesales and achieving monthly targets through effective communication and convincing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Explain company services and products clearly
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Maintain customer database and daily reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales team and reporting manager
- Handle customer queries professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling / telesales / call center sales
- Freshers are strictly not allowed
- Good communication and convincing skills required
- Target-oriented and professional attitude
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary Range:
₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Up to ₹10,000 Incentives
