Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The work often includes applying generative artificial intelligence models to create innovative features and functionalities. The engineer collaborates with various teams to develop intelligent systems that may involve deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis, ensuring seamless deployment and operational efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience with designing and deploying AI models in cloud and on-premises environments.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and neural network frameworks.
- Ability to develop and optimize chatbots and conversational AI systems.
- Familiarity with image processing techniques and their application in AI solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
