Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1-Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery products.
2-Handle counter sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
3-Explain product details, pricing, offers, and schemes to customers.
4-Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
5-Manage billing, invoicing, and payment coordination.
6-Supervise counter staff and ensure smooth store operations.
7-Maintain product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement.
8-Handle customer feedback and resolve basic customer issues professionally.
9-Coordinate with management regarding sales reports and stock updates.
10-Support promotional activities, festive offers, and customer engagement.
Required Skills:
1-Good communication and customer handling skills.
2-Basic knowledge of retail sales and billing.
3-Leadership and team management ability.
4-Presentable personality with positive attitude.
