  2. Create job cards and explain repair estimates.
  3. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.
  4. Update customers on service progress.
  5. Deliver vehicles after explaining the work completed.
  6. Promote preventive maintenance and value-added services.
  7. Handle customer queries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  8. Maintain service records and daily reports.
