· Fundraising and resource development by self-performance.

· Creating public image of the company with satisfactory services.

· Analyse the business productivity after every small deadline & improve performance accordingly.

· Suggesting new ideas with proper information & presentation to add value to the company.

· Avoid conflict and resolve grievances among team members professionally.

· Enhancing skills by attending various programs and workshops.

· Utilising time by prioritizing urgent work schedule.

·  Take responsibility of monthly & annual turnover of their team.
