Job Description

Dealer Management

Handle dealer issues and redirect them to the respective teams for resolution.

Conduct outbound calls to onboard and build relationships with new dealers.

Send timely notifications to dealers regarding updates, schedules, and relevant communications.

Customer Support

Receive and manage all inbound customer calls, providing the required support and assistance.

Send customers notifications related to their accounts, installations, and other updates.

Coordination & Scheduling

Schedule solar plant installations and notify both dealers and customers accordingly.

Coordinate effectively between customers and dealers to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
