Job Description – Customer Support Manager
Job Summary - We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Manager to lead the support team, handle customer concerns, improve service processes, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Must have team handling experience
- Manage daily customer support operations.
- Lead, train, and monitor support team performance.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints effectively.
- Ensure timely response to customer queries via calls, emails, and chats.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer service.
- Prepare performance and customer feedback reports.
- Improve customer support processes and service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in customer support/service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- PreferredExperience in team handling and customer service KPIs.
- Background in BPO, retail, manufacturing, or service industry preferred.
