Job Summary

Vizous Interio Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Executive – Estimator to manage the estimation function for interior fit-out projects. The role requires strong expertise in cost analysis, material sourcing, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate and competitive project pricing across residential, commercial, and hospitality segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements, site measurements, and design layouts to prepare accurate BOQs and cost estimates.
• Review architectural and interior drawings, specifications, and BOQs for detailed cost analysis.
• Coordinate with design, project, procurement, and sales teams to gather project inputs.
• Prepare cost estimates for modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, customized furniture, and other interior elements.
• Source materials and obtain quotations; negotiate with vendors and subcontractors.
• Maintain updated cost databases aligned with current market rates.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
• Provide cost-effective alternatives aligned with project objectives.
• Support project managers during budgeting, procurement, and execution phases.
• Prepare and present cost updates and variance reports to management.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all estimation-related documentation.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Excel for costing and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in estimation within the interior fit-out industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project tracking tools.
• Strong knowledge of modular furniture materials, hardware, production techniques, and installation practices.
