Job Summary:Responsible for managing customer relationships, driving car sales, and ensuring a smooth buying and post-sale experience at the dealership.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and generate sales leads through field visits
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Arrange test drives and explain vehicle features, pricing, and finance options
- Follow up with leads to achieve sales targets
- Maintain customer database and ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams for delivery and documentation
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Requirements:Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication and sales skills
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer handling
