Housekeeping Staff – Job Description (Hotel Guru Estate, Puri)

We are looking for energetic, detail-obsessed Housekeeping Staff to keep our premium pilgrim & guest rooms spotless and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thorough daily cleaning of rooms, bathrooms, and public areas using proper standards and supplies.
  • Bed making, linen change, and room setup as per checklist.
  • Replenish amenities, towels, and toiletries.
  • Report maintenance issues immediately.
  • Maintain high hygiene & safety standards, especially during peak seasons.
  • Work as a team with positive attitude and flexibility in shifts.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience preferred (freshers with right attitude welcome).
  • Physically fit, honest, and attentive to detail.
  • Basic communication skills in Hindi/Odia/English.
