Job Description

Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Support onboarding and induction of new employees.

Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.

Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.

Assist in payroll data preparation and statutory compliance documentation.

Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Support performance appraisal and training coordination activities.
