Designation: Field Recruitment Executive

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Experience Required: 1 to 5 Years


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through field activities, job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs, and local networks.
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews of candidates.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements and recruitment updates.
  • Mobilize candidates for interviews, joining, and onboarding processes.
  • Visit client locations, colleges, training institutes, and local markets for recruitment drives.
  • Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year to 5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or field hiring.
  • Experience in bulk hiring, blue-collar hiring, or frontline workforce recruitment will be preferred.
