• Key Responsibilities:Conduct routine and specialized diagnostic tests, including blood, urine, and pathology investigations.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain strict quality control.
• Handle and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and cleanliness.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols while handling biological samples.
• Coordinate with doctors, patients, and the front office for smooth operations.
• Be available for urgent or emergency cases beyond duty hours when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all lab tests.
• Qualifications & Skills:Education: Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a diagnostic lab/hospital preferred.
• Proficiency in handling automated and manual lab equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and medical ethics.
• Willingness to be flexible with work hours for emergency cases.
