Placement Coordinator

Job Description:-

We are looking for Placement Coordinator for our client place based at Jajpur, Orissa. An ideal will work closely with students, employers, and faculty to facilitate internship and job placement opportunities. He/She will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employers, assisting students in their job search, and coordinating recruitment events.

Role & Responsibilities:-

• Establish and maintain relationships with recruiters, hospitals, diagnostic centers, laboratories, dialysis centers and industry professionals to create placement opportunities for students in Odisha, Hyderabad, Kolkatta, Delhi NCR.
• Organize campus placement drives, career counselling sessions, and pre-placement training activities like mobilising to different cities in Odisha, Hyderabad, Kolkatta, Delhi NCR.
• Identify industry demand of paramedical students and coordinate with departmental heads and faculty to align placement efforts with student skill sets and healthcare industry demand.
• Track and report placement data, including student participation, offers received, and joining status.
• Assist students with internship and job placement by sharing opportunities and guiding them through the application process, facilitate CV preparation and post in placement job portals,
• Prepare placement brochures, reports, and promotional material for company outreach and engagement.
• Track the placed students for one year and collect feedback from employers to improve placement outcomes and training programs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in career counseling, talent acquisition, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with employers and students
• Knowledge of resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
