Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Utilize social media, job boards, and networking to build a strong talent pool.
Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews to shortlist candidates.
Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define qualification criteria and create job descriptions.
Process Management: Coordinate the recruitment process, manage candidate communication, and negotiate offers.
Recruitment Metrics: Track key metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and quality of hire to improve processes.
