Job Description
- Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & SalesSource Home Loan business through open market, referrals, builders, DSAs, connectors, and real estate agents.
- Generate and convert leads into loan disbursements.
- Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
- Increase market share within the assigned territory.
- 2. Channel Partner ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with:
- Direct Selling Agents (DSAs)
- Property brokers
- Builders and developers
- Chartered Accountants and connectors
- Conduct regular visits and partner engagement activities.
- Activate new sourcing channels.
